I bought a house through this agency last month. The agent who assisted me with everything was Timothy. The house doesn’t have electricity and the previous owners did inform Timothy about the electricity issue.

When I went for viewing everything was there even electricity and Tim failed to inform me about the issue of the electricity box. The house doesn’t have electricity box and they used to connect via the neighbours.

Now Eskom needs R6-8K for electricity and I have to wait for three months for electricity.

No-one is attending my issue I sent emails and I was talking to Tim but no solution.

Now they don’t say anything about the electricity bill or taking accountability .

Please I advise everyone to be extra careful and vigilant when dealing with this agency.
