Apex 62 Umhlanga Ridge Blvd Parkside Umhlanga, Durban, 4019, South Africa is using my cellphone number to ********ly keep sending me SMS messages about warranties. I do not know this company and have never dealt with them. According to the POPI Act they are not allowed to ********ly obtain, keep and use my personal information. I herewith instruct them to remove my data from their database. 1. I want a written confirmation that you have removed my information with apologies. 2. I want to know from WHICH COMPANY or bank did you obtain my cell number. This nonsense in South Africa using our private information for advertising must STOP. Please help me to STOP this annoying practices by finding out WHICH banks or companies share our personal data without approval.
