Absolutely shocked at this service

Jerry Leothela is the most unprofessional person i have ever interacted with. I cannot believe how he is even in his position. He was tasked with assisting us with a motor claim. i sent him an email, he forwarded it on without even acknowleding me, i called him out, he then started being very rude, passing sarcastic comments. i have all the emails from him and will be using it in my formal complaint against him. I asked for the complaints team and a managers email address, he then started ignoring my emails( but he sent about 6 emails when he was debating and insulting us) do your research before taking out policies. Dont take things at face value and always look at peoples reviews. people take time to let other innocent customets know about their experiences to prevent poor customer service from being passed on to other unsuspecting individuals.
