Worst Company Ever
I have dealt with many service providers over my years but these people find every excuse not to assist - I am a customer but never once have the employees ever apologized or tried to meet me half way with my broken gearbox, I wonder are these people qualified to their jobs! I will advise that no one ever buys into this supposed warranty....This is the worst company ever !

We are sad to hear that you feel this way. We have engaged with the Insurer on the matter and they informed us that
you were instructed to take your vehicle to a RMI approved repairing dealer. A professional mechanical assessor determined that the dealer of your choice was not a RMI approved dealer and as such, could not proceed with repairs on your vehicle. You were then given the choice to move your vehicle to an approved dealer at which time your vehicle would be reassessed. You elected not to do so.
As you have now proceeded with repairs to your vehicle by a non-approved dealer, your gearbox and any resultant damage as a result of this repair is excluded from your Warranty.
We regret that our response is unfavourable however we trust that you will find the above to be in order.
