Dissapointed client

I very dissapointed in the way apex handle my situation and told me in my face the won't help with repair of my engine.they gave bad service to their clients.They want to deduct money for my policy.i will do they payments to the private mechanical and Al ready buy Al the engine parts the mechanical needs for the vechile.
