Disappointment with Apex motor warranty

On the 25/08/2021 I requested a call back quote from Apex motor warranty, I got a call from one of the consultants, just forgot her name. We started with the quotation and the lady gave me 3 different amounts, I asked her to send me the quotes on email as I wanted to check and do the comparison before I could commit. She said it's against their company policy to send quotes without me committing telephonically and accepting then she started shouting after I said I can't commit without the quotes on email. I am so disappointed with this treatment from someone that still wanted my business.
