I did not have any issues regarding payments of my claims. The reason why my rating cannot be high is because of the interaction with the company. There are various departments and interaction between them seems almost non existing. Difficult to get through (had to hold the line for extremely long almost everytime). Wrote e-mails that were not answered to different departments. My last claim was paid out almost 2 months after claim was lodged. Very frustrating, although most of the consultants were very helpful.
