TURTLE BEACH HEADSET BAD DESIGN NOT REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY

I purchased a R1000.00 Turtle Beach headset from Incredible connection in BayWest mall eight months later the headset broke INSIDE THE platic that fitsover your head When this happened I was under the impression that the warranty had expired and so I tried to superglue the plastic together but this did not work. Then my wife told me I should take the headset back and when I looked at the box I found the slip inside and it was still well under warranty. I returned the headset to the store and tehy took photos and sent them to the suppliers Apex Interactive who refused to replace the headseet as they claim they do not replace goods that are physically damaged. I then called them myself I spoke to Sebastian and explained that the headset was used with the utmost care and never abused and that if he took the care tolook at the photos he would see that the headset was in very good condition and eve had the plastice protection still on the sides covering the logo he still refused to replace the headset and was adamant that he would replace it not even though I explained to him that the headset was engineered badly or made from the incorrect plastice that cannot handle the necessary task of expanding and contracting to fit over your head and I again told him to inspect the photo's toascertain the condition of the headset to see that it was not broken due to abuse but due to bad material or design. Sebastian the technical manager said to me that he does not care if the headset was broken due to bad material or bad workamnship or bad design or if I broke the headset through asbause he said either way that he would not replace the headset if it was physical damage. Thank you so much for your clever insight. And to Turtle Beach you should really change your design and use better plastic for your headsets that can take the normal use of conracting and expanding the band to fit over your head the internet is full of the same product doing the sdame thing within a month or two after the warranty expires, or maybe this is by design. Your speakers and mike are of good quality and now I have to repair this headset and have an unsightly bulge of glue on my once admirable looking headset. To the general public STAY AWAY FROM TURTLE BEACH HEADSETS DO THE GOOGLE INTERNET SEARCH FOR PROBLEMS WITH THE PHYSICAL BAND CRACKING OR BREAKING ON THEIR PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT LAST>>>
