FAILURE TO DELIVER PAID SERVICE

Mr. Wellington Jacob, registered with Snupit at the time, and I came to an arrangement on or around August 1, 2023, wherein he promised to renovate my property (ERF1272,NU10, Mdantsane, East London). I received a price from Mr. Jacob for R57,246.00 for the improvements, and between August 2023 and October 2023, I paid the R18 904 deposit. He evaluated the property after receiving payment of R18 904, but he did not carry out his end of the bargain. Mr. Jacob has failed to complete the modifications, which is a violation of the agreement we made. He has consistently refused, failed, or omitted to fulfill obligations in spite of repeated requests and demands.
