BREACH OF AGREEMENT, AND FAILED TO MEET DEADLINE

I am writing this review to issue a matter-of-fact public warning regarding my experience with [Apex Electrical Solar/ Apex Electrical and Solar]. The company has completely failed to honor our signed contract, missed critical deadlines, and left me without a functioning system despite accepting payment.Timeline & Details of Breach:[31 August 2026]: I signed an agreement with [Apex Electrical Solar/ Apex Electrical and Solar] for a DEYE -12kw Single Phase Hybrid Inverter-VOC-800V Battery.[21 August 2026]: A deposit/payment of [R31418.00] was paid to secure the components.[31 August 2026]: The agreed-upon final deadline for commissioning the system passed with the work left entirely incomplete.[8 September 2026]: A subsequent deadline extension was provided, which the company also failed to meet.Current Status & ***** Case:The company is now in total breach of our legally binding agreement.
