Home away from home...Apex Boutique Hotel, Estcourt

We dined at Apex Boutique Hotel in Estcourt in August 2024. Hubby and I went for dinner as it was my birthday. Hubby is an amputee who is wheelchair bound and cannot walk due to other severe health issues. After explaining our situation to the friendly, supportive and sympathetic staff arrangements were immediately made to accommodate us. We were allowed to park at the back entrance close to the door, an intimate area was beautifully decorated for our convenience close to the entrance, a chair with cushions was in place for Hubby to sit on. The staff were at our beck and call. The service was efficient, the food was absolutely sumptuous and ****tails made to perfection. The desserts were out of this world, fairies dancing on your tongue. The food was elegantly prepared and presented. The portions were more than satisfying. The concerned staff made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing and hubby never felt out of place ever. Apex was rather busy that night and I understood then that clientele flocked there because Apex is home away from home, a testimony of their immaculate service delivery. A must go to hotel. Their prices are worthy of their food. Apex sports a child friendly pool, on-site spa facilities, conference facilities, an on-site Vivelo restaurant and bar and an event venue. The accommodation is 5 stars, I could give them 10. I would recommend Apex Boutique Hotel to all who want the home away from home experience. Book early to avoid disappointment.
