Apiex Angola not willing to pay for services authorized

The original contract was signed in July 2016 by the CEO Mr Antonio Da Silva- work was completed and approved. At the time, there was some trouble doing cross boarder business transactions. The problem subsided so we attempted to retrieve our money again. This time was filled with drama as the the director Mr Berlamino Vandamum now refuses to pay. Antonio Da Silva is no longer at the company and Mrs Anna Da Silva did confirm that we did in fact perform services for Apiex which were not paid for. Regardless of this Mr Berlamino stated NOW that he does not think that his company needed these services and maybe Mr Da Silva must pay for it. I did say to him that these services were in fact rendered to the company as an entity and not Mr Da Silva but he does not have an understanding or professional attitude. We also not only waited this long but also did not charge them any extra or interest for the numerous calls and efforts our staff made concerning this payment and we also did not involve the law. I wish to use this incident to warn service providers to rather take deposits prior to having work done!! This incident with Apiex Angola shows us that even larger companies take advantage of service providers and directors such as Berlamino Vandumum take liberties to shirk on making payments for their own service. So we warn the public to exercise caution with these businesses and business men. The administrator Mr Mario Lironel also became involved and was just as unreliable because he stringed us along and lulled us into a false hope of Apiex Angola actually being trustworthy
