WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED

I am an extremely disappointed client. Since Apcan "went national" your customer service is so damn appalling. You cant even get hold of someone to assist if you let alone if you have a query related to your account! I've called 9 times and get transferred from pillar to post. Merging with National Security was the worst mistake Apcan could have made. I have been with Apcan for years but how can I remain if I cant get my call answered. Get asked the same question by everyone "which area are you in mam" in the same call about 4 times. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT 1/5 RATING. You need to up your game because you wont be able to retain your customers for much longer.
