VERY BAD SERVICE! APCAN Krugersorp
People please stay away from APCAN and the salesman named Dawie he is a Mr promisses. They installed a keypad at my gate in Feb 2020 and as today after a lot of wattsups and telephone calls where he promissed me he will inform the technician appartment nothing has been done! The armbands that were given to us for emergancies I tried to test with a guy from their controlroom but he did not pick up a signal! I've paid for all the equipment and my monthly instalments and received NOT ANY SERVICE from them... He did not even reply on my wattsup! SORRY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!

14 Jul 2020, 11:44Apcan sent me a request nr and then a message indicated the my query was handled and closed, with out any communication or contact from them! And indicates that if I'm not happy I must complete an official complaints form and forward it to them, what I did. I hope I will hear from them soon but will keep you informed.
