VERBAL ASSAULT

Driving from Fat Cake City in Witpoortjie on Tuesday afternoon towards Witpoortjie P&P one of your officers in a bakkie drove very slow approaching the circle, he had no strobe lights or hazards on, I hooted for him to drive faster, as he was doing 20km/h, I lost my temper when he signalled I must pass him, I was not sure I would make it in time before the 2 lanes became one at the circle, I sped off with tyres screeching to get past him. I stopped at P&P, only to see him stop behind me in the parking area, I approached the passenger side, and he started with “you people with your white skin”, he got out of the vehicle and started shouting at me, making it a racial thing from the beginning I tried to calm him but he continued to rant and rave. When I walked away to fetch my cell from the vehicle he threatened me by saying he will “moer” me he will “donner” me. I was feeling threatened and knowing he was armed and in such a violent state I did not confront him any longer or tried to calm him, I was unfortunate not to obtain his name or vehicle registration number due to shaking so much after I saw him left. There should be video footage from P&P I will never feel safe driving in my own neighbourhood knowing I have a violent and armed reaction officer on the prowl that could at any point cause harm to me or my family, I truly hope your company do not condone such aggressive and racially driven staff in your company.
