Sadly moving on from APCAN cause National just ruined everything.

New call center from National infrastructure is very bad. Can hardly hear the person in the call center talk. When you call customer support I got passed around 3 times before someone could help me with my query. Worst of all is that when APCAN was APCAN worst response time we had was about 7/8 minutes for roodepoort area. Twice now with National it is more than 20minutes. Dont see apcan vehicles patrolling also. Only ECS seems to do the rounds in my neighbourhood.

When it comes to security bigger is not better. Find other ways to expand or save costs but not with our security and lives which we pay you for.
