Reckless driving and poor mangamnet

I had a very ad experience with this security company (APCAN Security Company). One of their drivers was driving reckless and skipped a red robot, I bumped into him, after having a chat he realized that he was wrong but when the cops took our statements he changed his story and I wasn't aware at that time that he changed the story only found out when i got the Accident report. His bosses arrived at the scene and I told them what happened, there witnesses at that time as well, they gave me their contact details to call the following day but when i called they were always busy and promised to get back to me but since then I have never heard a word form them. I had to spend huge amount of money to repair my car since i didn't even have insurance and they nowhere to be found. What ind of a company does that to people and how they hire their drivers? Do they even have a specific criteria that they follow when they hire or they just pick people from the street.

This APCAN sucks big time with their reckless drivers.
