Is a burglary in progress??

APCAN alarms going off non stop for the past 2 hour, on a Sunday afternoon. No one from Apcan sent out to investigate, operators rude and don't care attitude. This happens on a regular basis. This is not only annoying but we don't know if an actual burglary is taking place
