DISGRUNTLED APCAN USER where is my security?????????????

Our alarm has not been working for over 2 months and this had happened before until we called them and "fixed" the problem and has been switched off however nobody in their offices has called to ask if everything is fine yet they debit our account each month without fail. This really is pathetic service, we are in December and that in it self should be alarming enough for them as most house breakings happen around this time when people are away. These people really do not care honestly, I would never advise anyone to use their service, they are just pathetic and its disheartening as I have a contract I need to honour but they don't do the same for me...im really disgusted
