Bad service Control Room

APCAN CONTROL ROOM TEAM Have had endless problems with the control room in Florida. Our alarm goes off and either nobody calls or the security guards just arrive at the premises. Some of them cannot even speak English . I monitored this morning. Alarm went off at 10h43 and only received a call at 10h46. As usual with an excuse for the delay. Sometimes they dont even cancel the call with the guarding service. I spoke to Raymond this morning. He phones and says it is Apcan and then remains quiet. Please they need serious training. Your guarding service is great and they also complain of the control room operators.
