Apcan Property Maintenance Insecurity

about ten years ago our househols insurance company Prestasi offered us a maintenance scheme with a company called Apcan Property Maintenance owned by Mr Andre Van Ryn. The scheme charged R40.00 per month via a debit order.

Prestasi then changed to Indwe Risk Management. The maintenance scheme continued but not under their management, When we tried to discontue the service we were unable to reach Mr Andre Van Ryn because the contact telephone number the bank gave us was no longer in use.

After contunued efforts we were given another contact number ********** . We then contacted Andre and requested he give us an address to which we could request a discontinuation of the service. He said we should use his email address ********** We sent him a number of emails to which he has not responded. ABSA Bank rightly says they are unable to cancel a debit order via email when a third party is involved.

How is one to go about this in a legal manner?
