Apcan no service

Hi all. I am so ****ed of with APCAN. There reaction unit is very good but that is were it stop. This is the 2de day with there service. I can not get help... Day 1 was to comferm a appointment. Day 2 to pay them.

You start with switchboard.(name and earea) Then department wrong erea. Then phone just ring. That is the same storie with supervisors, mangers, customers services and Directors. Then you repete the storie all over again. And again. And again.

And every time the lady at the switchboard asked my area were I stay every time.

Short term memory I think.

The merger did not do them well.

Even the thread of calling out names on FB did not move anybody to call me back.
