JARQUES FOURIE DISAPEARS WITH DEPOSIT

I contracted Jarques Fourie of Apic Security to do security installations at my house. I paid R4000 deposit in December after which Jarques disappeared. After following up with him several times he agreed to pay the deposit back and then went as far as sending me a ********** deposit sms (as if it came from the bank). He has not paid back the money and I have opened a case of theft at the Sunnyside Police station. Case number 589/2/2015.
