Owner threatens clients

Bought some merchandise from someone, but it was still at APC Engineering. We called the owner, Aubrey Coertzen on ***, to confirm the sale and make arrangements for it to be picked up. He agreed on speaker phone that pick up can be done at 08:00 on 06/07/2021. The outstanding money will then be paid at 12:00 on 06/07/2021 by the seller. When we arrived at the shop in 40 Cradock street, Uitenhage, we were threatened and chased away. This business owner is someone who goes back on his word and i would not recommend to do business with him, as he sees fit to change his mind and threaten potential clients.
