Very poor service

After two weeks of promises and liea we have still not received a gearbox we paid full invoice for.the owner doea not answer his phone and when he does its lies upon lies.i took a day off my busy schedule to come to pretoria from joburg to be told the gearbox is not at the premises and i have to wait 20 minutes as the bakkie brike down.its been 2 hours already and still no gearbox has been given to us.the vehicle that was so called being stripped has been moved to another premises.
