I’ve stayed at Apartments on Oak for over a year now

For the past 3 weeks I have had no water and no solution from management. I had also had WiFi issues for 2 weeks in early May 2026

I’ve also found out I’m paying R6,500 rent while others pay R5,300 for the same unit type.

Poor communication and no basic services. Not worth the price
