I booked two bedroom apartment 28.12.2022 - 04.01.2023 with family suite Woodstock in Cape Town. On check in, allocated a studio apartment. While lodging a complaint telephonic ally, the manager on duty hang up a phone on me. That is being rude and unprofessional. Immediately I called again, I was informed she has knocked off duty.

I forwarded complaint to senior management : no feedback till 02.01.2023

Television not working since booking in till to date 02.01.2023 Problem not fixed.

Problems : 1. Unprofessional & rudeness 2. Paid for 2 bedroom given studio apartment 3. Television not working remains unattended 4. Claiming partial refund from mismanagement booking
