RUINED VACATION

Thank you for ruining my holiday - big time. Booked an apartment in October 2017. Informed on 1 July 2018, 4 days before arrival that it is not available any more. You **** all the way about why. First you needed my updated credit card (which after being confronted you acknowledged you had. Then you said there was electrical problems and you would give me 3 studios for the same price....still nothing happened.

You did not even have the decency to contact me directly!
