Misleading and dishonest and misleading accommodstion adverti*****t Apartamentos A Parada do Comino Padron

I was shocked and upset with this accommodation I booked through Bookings.com. I immediately checked the reviews on their website and saw that lots of guests were caught by this unhelpful, dishonest people. Yo make it clear: 1. I booked 2 rooms with private bathrooms. Meaning that I don't need to walk though an ally and pass people going to a shared kitchen. 2. Each bedroom were supposed yo have its own hairdryer. Only one to share I was told 3. When we entered the receptionist told us there was no wifi because of the weather. She was lying as we bought medicine from the pharmacy just next door. We don't have any wifi as yet. 4. The shower door us broken and the shower head fells from the wall and the water is cold 5. The aircons does not work and I can go on like this till tomorrow.

It's a total disgrace what we have paid. It is more than for proper hotel accommodation.

I am disappointed with bookings.com to allow this accommodation for booking on the website. The reviews till date indicate that it should not be on your website.

As such I am claiming back the money I have paid as I am NOT GETTING what I have paid for. The owners are dishonest and openly lying in your face, telling you they can do nothing and I should Wright a review.

If I don't get a acceptable settlement to my problem I will list this on all platforms available to tell people NOT TO BOOK AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

For too long they ripped people off if I look at the reviews on Bookings.com.
