Beware!!!

Dealt with this Company last year and received exceptionally good service. Unfortunately the wheels came off this year. Started dealing with Kobus from sales on 04 September enquiring about the product I required. Get sent a price list which was ambiguous. Queried this with Kobus and I got ignored. On 18\09 I sent a sarcastic email to sales dept and was assisted by Natalie who answered my queries. Called on 20/9 and placed order with Natalie and confirmed price payable. On collection a different price was quoted. Sales Manager then gets involved and gives me a totally different story. Advises that Natalie is new and I was quoted the incorrect prices by her. Be wary of these suppliers as it it CHEAPER to buy their products from retailers.
