Rude, abrupt and disrespectful service - exorbitant fees

We purchased our pump from them and it started having issues. We called them out to repair it. The guy who came to site said it could be replaced. They took it to the workshop only to call us and say that it cannot be repaired. Then they send us a fee of R1083 to pay or they won’t release our pump. They never provided a quote for the call out, which I would have rejected had I known the price!! I tried to speak to the workshop manager to reduce the rate because the took the pump to fix it and not charge me 1083 to tell me it cannot be fixed. He was so rude and refused to even reduce the amount. His attitude was bad. He was arrogant and rude. He refused to hear me out. I will never ever choose this company again. They are not willing to put customers first or ensure customers are happy. Absolutely poor service.
