API Pumps

last week I handed in my koi pind pump after it aeriated... today I went there as I had no feedback since then regarding the progress... I was told my pump is too old and they cannot fix it.... Then I was told to pay the R400 plus Vat...to get my pump...which was in pieces...back..

I take offence in this...as I was not given a quote to fix my pump...the R400 was IF I DECLINE the quote... If they QUOTED...and I didnt accept...I understand...but just to tell me they cant get parts DOESNT mean I declined their quote...

A seriously LOUSY EXPERIENCE !
