Avoid at all costs - completely unprofessional experience

I genuinely don’t understand how this company became an Odoo partner. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare. They consistently over-promised and under-delivered, showing a clear lack of professionalism throughout the process.

After spending a fortune on Odoo Enterprise (which, in hindsight, was entirely unnecessary), their consultation and service fees, and a licensed middleware, my website ended up crashing and had to be restored. I didn’t even receive 10% of the features that were originally promised. Eventually we had to restore everything to default and get rid of Odoo Enterprise.

The owner clearly lacks expertise in eCommerce and doesn’t seem to understand how to deliver a functioning solution—let alone represent a platform like Odoo. Extremely disappointing.
