Excellent service

<p>I spoke to a certain Simone from the AOS online call centre, the guys who administer ETFSA's clients' portfolio, I was surprised at how amazing her service was. I wanted to retrieve funds from my account but made certain mistakes that she was speedily able to assist me with and called me a number of times to follow up and make sure I had done what I needed to do to fix my issue, she called no less than twice, just to remind me to do what I needed to before a certain cuttoff time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just didn't expect such great service I was truly thoroughly impressed. Thanks again Simone. To the bosses at AOS please get Simone a bells or something equivalent :)</p>
