AO Architects; Mighty 3 Trading and Timetec Jvc Consulting ************

I needed a very simple plan to be drawn up for a home extension. A man named "Walter" from Mighty 3 Trading had done a small paving job for me and wanted to quote as the builder for the project. He introduced me to his colleague, Ophori (AKA Coach) from AO Architects. They represented Ophori as an architect. He came to look and measure for the job. Sent a pro forma of his plan and a quote for R8500.00. The proforma looked good to my untrained eye and I accepted his quote. He requested a 70% payment up front. I offered to pay 50% and he agreed. I paid the money into an account registered as Timetec JVC Consulting (Capitec Bank) That was on 19 April. Within 10 days, Walter told me he had the approved plans and would deliver them to me. Since then, it has been one promise after the other, but no plans. I checked with the municipality. No plans have been submitted for my house since 2009. I told Ophori I was aware of his **** and wanted my money back. Poefff!!!! Ophori and Walter have disappeared. I have checked and there is no such company as AO Architects in South Africa. Ophori is not an architect. And Mighty 3 Trading are busy with a deregistration process.
