NO AFTER SALE SERVICE ! They Refuse to get back to you
Worst After Sale Service I'v ever experienced!! After only 7 months, flooring needs repairing for the second. Vinyl boards are loose and sinking in already. Email after email after email I just get "We'll be in contact" and then no response for weeks again. What kind of company decides to completely ignore after sale repairs / service ??? It's impossible to get hold of anyone. They take your money and disappear. ******* in my opinion. Be warned, STAY AWAY!!
