I made an appointment for a 4 ton building rubble removal. We agreed on a date and time. On the date and time I was phoned and told the driver is sick, could we do it the next day. We agreed on a time and I explained they shouldn't be late as I have other obligations thereafter. Next day at the time agreed - I phoned and was informed the tyre was flat but they are on their way - should be 30 minutes late. An hour and 15 minutes later I phoned again and was met with severe sarcasm and threatening to cancel. I agreed to cancellation. 30 minutes later a small bakkie pitched with aggressive driver telling me they will load twice - this was not agreed with me as well as by then the service was cancelled but the driver was apparently not informed. He became argumentative and aggressive.
