ANV Dealership Experience

I want to share my experience with ANV Dealership to inform potential buyers about the challenges I encountered during the purchasing process. Unfortunately, it was not a seamless experience, and I believe transparency and communication were lacking.

Upon acquiring the car, we discovered undisclosed accident damage that was not communicated during our discussions with the sales team. Despite inquiring about the vehicle's history multiple times, we were under the impression that the car was in pristine condition. Subsequently, a report from VW uncovered accident damage, leaving us feeling surprised and disappointed.

Attempting to utilize our Consumer Protection Act (CPA) right to return the vehicle within the six-month period proved challenging, as ANV Dealership did not respond to our requests. This lack of responsiveness raises concerns about their commitment to consumer rights, and it left us feeling frustrated.

Communication with ANV Dealership has been challenging, with our attempts to address and resolve the issue met with silence. It is disheartening to experience a lack of willingness to acknowledge and take responsibility for concerns raised by customers.

In addition, the dealership has attributed damages to us, despite evidence from the car's tracker system indicating that no accidents occurred during our ownership. This discrepancy raises questions about the information provided by the dealership and the challenges in reaching a fair resolution.

The car has been parked off for over two months, and ANV Dealership has yet to acknowledge our attempts to reach a resolution. This disregard for customer concerns and apparent avoidance of accountability are concerning aspects for any business.

In conclusion, I recommend potential buyers approach ANV Dealership with caution. While my experience may not have been ideal, it is essential for individuals to conduct thorough research and perhaps seek additional information before making a decision.
