2 hourwait on scheduled appointment,skin/ damage

I had an appointment for 12:30 for a nail soak and acrylic french as well as a chemical peel.<br> I was early for my appointment and started soaking at 12:15. <br> My nails got filed at 1:00 (after soak). The person who filed my nails, almost filed right through the nailbed,and onto the skin. <br> Another woman had her fills done before me, then they still did her eyebrows (****ka said the woman has to go back to work), irrespective of the FACT that I had a sheduled appointment. They started with my acrylic tips at 02pm which is 2HOURS of me sitting there waiting for them. Hy had to file my nails properly at home, because it looked like bottle openers. After my nails I had a chemical peel done. ****ka spilled some of the acid on my neck, she also did not apply it evenly over my whole face, leading to intense burns on my upper lip and eyebrow. She also left me there and forgot about me!!! I had to go to the doctor to get cream for burnwounds!!! She should not be doing chemical peels-If this leaves permanent damage, I will sue her!! My skin is already ***menting and it's only the 2nd day!!!
