Double booking for wedding function and Trans Festival at Anura

The Cooperage at Anura was booked by my daughter as her wedding venue for 2 Dec 2017. By chance her fiance heard about a Trans Festival that was going to be held also at Anura from 1 - 3 Dec 2017. They were NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THIS!!! How can you have a TRANS FESTIVAL AND A WEDDING FUNCTION on the same premises???? The management was extremely rude and NOW LAST MINUTE PLANS MUST BE MADE TO MOVE THE WEDDING RECEPTION!!! Besides this, management now REFUSES to pay back their deposit. This is extremely bad service and attitude!!
