BAD SERVICE-NO MANAGER ON SITE

Went to Antonio Place Habour Bay in Gordon Bay on the 7 July 2019 for my birthday lunch. Was the worst experience ever. The staff are unfriendly and unhygienic. They took there own time being own drinks and when my drink came which was suppose to be a Dom Pedro it was runny like ice cream which defrosted in the sun for a couple days.I addressed the matter with the waiter who gave me a bad attitude and then top it he forgot about our table and after waiting almost a half hour we called another waiter who took our orders. The food was average. When we received the bill we discovered that the waiter had added on more drinks then we had ordered we requested him to remove it which was yet another issue for him. We paid the bill and were about to leave when he called us back like ********* accusing us of trying to leave without settling our bill.We went back and he admitted that he checked incorrectly but still added an extra 8,35 which i had no idea where it suddenly came from. We had ask to speak to the manager to address the service we received and also the way he had treated us like ********* calling us back like dogs. The waiter had not still no identified himself laughed in our faces saying he is the manager and we can do nothing about it. We decided to leave as we were leaving a waiter big Congolese man ran after us saying he was going to "moer" us and we turned to face him and then he proceeded to run back inside, I'm deeply sadden by the way my birthday lunch turned out and this experience at Antonio's Place horrific.
