Antonie Maritz Refusal to refund money

On the 6th of April 2015 I responded to a gumtree advert for a HP Microserver, I met with the Seller Mr Antonie (Anton) Maritz at the Kenilworth Macdonalds and proceeded to inspect the machine, on opening the front cover I observed that 3 of the 4 Drive Cradles that were supposed to be inside the machine were not there.<br> I have owned several of these machines previously and they come with the full compliment of cradles when purchased new.<br> I informed Antonie Maritz that I could not use the machine without these cradles and was not going to proceed with the purchase but he assured me that he would get the missing Cradles get deliver them to me that week so I paid for the machine and took it home. <br> After a few days I started to query where the Drive cradles were, this was met with every excuse and delaying tactic under the sun (This carried on for over two and a half months) eventually I had to tell Anton that that I wanted my money back. Again this has been met with Broken promises and delay tactics and I still have not received my money back or the drive Cradles.<br> I have since had to purchase another machine as I could not wait any longer (3 Months already) and want my money back
