Extravagant cost for treatment

<p>I visited the local physiothe****** because of severe back pain. I did not ask what the cost would be as i am used to the physiothe****** charging medical fee rates. I then received an account of Over R500 per session and i paid the full amount of that was outstanding. Later i received a statement from the medical fund showing that they had paid a amount over to the Physiothe******. I e mailed them asking that they should pay the money back into my account with a reply that they are awaiting the statement from Discovery. 1 Week later i get the same answer. Do they really think the R100 plus rand will make me poorer? This will cost them much more giving me such poor service.</p>
