Okay with their services

My first order went very well, but the 2nd one they expected me to figure out that the product was used just because of the price. My word of advice they should state which product is 2nd hand and which is new. Otherwise everything went well and I would give them a 5 star if they update the product condition, we can't figure out new and 2nd hand by prices alone.
