Wi-Fi Installation

In November 2017 i asked anti-wire to install Wi-Fi at my house in Bethal. On 17 December 2017 I paid in R1550 for them to install. They gave me a date of 8 January 2018 when they will install. I called him on that day asking how late he wil be, because I had to arrange for someone to be there. The whole day passed and it was never installed. Every time you call he is on his way but never arrives. It is now 12/02/2018. Since then they did install but I still have no wi-fi. Every day I called it goes the same. Either he is "on his way" or he doesnt answer his phone. About a week ago i asked for my money back. They already took the router and dish. Only cables left at my house. But still have not received my money back.
