Bad service and unclean cutlery

The service was extremely bad, we had to wait for 1 hour to get a waiter to take our order, and another hour for the food to be brought to us. When the food arrived the cutlery was dirty and broken. When asked to replace the cutlery, they brought the same thing back. 2 of the drinks arrived after we were done eating and the other 2 drink did not even arrive. It was the worst experience.
