My lost parcel at the shop

Yesterday I went to a shop at Marabastad, Pretoria to buy some blankets, when I got there the sales person (lady) welcomed me and offer to assist me then I had a small plastic bag with me so she took from me, So i though she gonna put it on the parcel counter only find out the there is no parcel counter the parcels are kept on the floor. After finishing what I was buying at shop I walked away forgetting my parcel.

Then later on after releasing that the plastic is left behind I called them but the owner couldn't give much info caused he was not the shop by that time, so this morning I called and also when to the shop the parcel is nowhere to be found and the owner is now rude at me and he blames me for no reason cz I wanted my parcel, as I speak my parcel is gone missing the he is shop but he doesn't want be accountable for it.
