Locked out of office for enquiring on a query, then proceeded to ignore all email correspondence

The were responsible for assisting in transferring a property into my name (Conveyancers), The locked me outside their offices on the day i came to enquire about my query, i followed up with an email regarding progress (after all payments have been made into their trust account relating to the fees and settlements of sale), none of my emails were responded to. It is a frustrating process dealing with this office. I wish you luck making use of any of their services.
