Hostile treatment

Not happy with this company and the services. I will not recommend them. I have informed them my legal matter is not going forward and they can put this on hold. My fees are up to date regarding the services and fees we have agreed upon with the partner who was dealing with my case. Unfortunately the partner I was dealing with is no longer part of the firm. The partner that is now taking this case over is using this opportunity to charge fees for no reasoned. They are not responding to my mail, but rather charging me a fee of R2,200 to close a file, which I didn't request. I am unfortunately not the only client this is happening to. The firm partner and the admin team is being very hostile with all the previous partner's clients. They are using their legal side to force invalid fees on clients, and force clients to pay.
