Worst service i have ever received

I don't know where to even start.....I am mad and going off on edgars because of my settlement letter that they need to send to me that they don't do because they are waiting for ARA to send them conformation that i did settle my account by them and so that Edgars can send me the letter. I received a mail from Lorna Stuurman on the 6 of July to say that i did settle my account ant they needed to send it to Edcon/Edgars that did not happen. Babalwa told me there was a mail sent on the 13 of July a week after she sent me the mail but the mail never went thru like she told me.But now i need to keep on calling and they say it would be sorted out and we would phone you back that **** don't happen.So i am frustrated off the service that they cant even send a mail and find out did the mail go thru or nothing, I need to keep on phoning in and keep on hearing the same old **** its irritating the **** out of me. They keep on calling you and telling you that you need to pay and as soon as you pay you don't get any service or any help from them.
